Welcome to Nesab ("Nesab," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Nesab mobile application, website content, calculators, comparison tools, and related services on iOS and Android.

By downloading, accessing, or using Nesab, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be legally capable of accepting these terms under the laws that apply to you.
• You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account unless caused by our failure to protect the service.
• We may require you to verify your identity or ownership of an account before providing account support.

3. Permitted Use of Nesab

You may use Nesab only for lawful, personal, and internal informational purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the app in a way that violates any law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Attempt to interfere with the app, its security, or other users' access.
• Copy, scrape, frame, mirror, reverse engineer, or exploit the service except where applicable law permits it.
• Use automated tools to extract data from the app without our written permission.
• Upload or transmit harmful code, misleading information, or unlawful content.

4. Financial Calculators and Product Information

• Native calculators process values on your device. Some web-based calculators may process values through the calculator page's server in order to generate results.
• You are responsible for reviewing the assumptions, inputs, and outputs before relying on them.
• You should confirm all terms, pricing, and product conditions directly with the relevant bank, financing company, or service provider.

5. No Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice

Nesab does not provide financial, investment, legal, accounting, tax, or Sharia advisory services. Nothing in the app should be treated as a recommendation, offer, solicitation, approval, guarantee, or professional advice tailored to your circumstances.

You remain solely responsible for your financing decisions and for obtaining independent professional advice when needed.

6. Third-Party Services and Links

Nesab may integrate with or link to third-party services such as Firebase, Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, exchange-rate providers, and external websites. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, terms, privacy practices, or content.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate agreements with those providers.

7. Intellectual Property

• Nesab and its content, design, branding, software, text, graphics, and compilations are protected by intellectual property laws.
• We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for its intended purpose in accordance with these terms.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the service without prior written permission.

8. Availability, Updates, and Changes

• We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time.
• Features, calculators, and product listings may change without notice.
• We may release updates to improve security, performance, or functionality, and some features may stop working if you do not install supported versions.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nesab is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

• We do not warrant that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available on every device at every time.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability, or suitability of calculator outputs or informational content.
• We do not guarantee approval for any financing product or service described in the app.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nesab and its owners, affiliates, employees, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid to use the app in the 12 months before the claim, or the minimum amount required by applicable law if you paid nothing.

11. Suspension and Termination

• You may stop using the app at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, created risk for the service or other users, or where required by law.
• Termination will not affect rights or obligations that by nature should survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-related provisions.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your place of residence require otherwise.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Nesab after the updated terms become effective means you accept the revised terms.
